Why is it necessary to make reservation previously?
In accordance with Trench “Human Transport” Regulations, every customers in transport means has to have a previous reservation showing the name, date of travel, place where getting in, place where getting off and date and hours. For than reason, it is necessary to make reservation previously.

How is reservation paid?
All reservations realized through our Web site are previously paid with credit card.
It is sufficient to deliver reservation confirmation to the driver by hand when you reached to the airport by taking its printout previously.
Is our Web site secure?
On line reservation form is secure.
At which time should I make reservation?
In order that we can evaluate your reservation we recommend you make reservation at least 24 hours ago. We make our best effort to give positive answer to your request that you will make in the last minute.
Is it necessary to make payments for kids?
For kids between 0-2 years old that do not occupy an armchair, it is free of charge.
For kids between 2-10 years old it is discounted tariff for 12 € per travel.
For kids more than 10 years old it is applied adult tariff.
If I want to cancel my reservation what should I do?
In case that reservation is canceled by the customer;
- If reservation is canceled in two days before the date, 20 % of the total amount is not returned.
- If reservation is canceled in one day before the date, 50 % of the total amount is not returned.
- It is not made any return on the day of transfer.

What are your office working hours and transfer hours?
Our offices are open from 08.00 to 22.00 every day.
Our minibus services works 24 hours every day.
What do we do when the flight delays?
We wait for one hour after the predicted time of arrival for your flight. After this time finishes, we do our best in order to provide your transfer. But, in order to specify which way we follow please inform us about any delay in your flight in time of departure absolutely
Which kind of vehicle is used?
Our vehicles are a kind of minivan comfortable, having wide area, air conditioned, not smoking, equipped with GPS system, Multi-van or Caravella type and with 8 armchairs.
How can I know the time when the vehicle will pick me up before my departure?
The hour when we will pick you up from your address is specified in your confirmation.
Normally we pick you up three hours before your flight hour.
But it is important that you call us 48 hours before your departure time in order to determine the details (hour and address where the customer will be picked up).
Where are the places for getting in and getting off?
We guaranty a minibus service from door to door.
We pick you up from arriving traveler terminal of Charles De Gaulle and bring you to your address in Paris.
In your departure day we pick you up from your address in Paris and bring you to departure terminal of flight.
Do you make transfer out of Paris?
Please get in touch with us via mail in cases of getting in and getting out Paris.
What time is it necessary to go from Paris to Charles De Gaulle airport or vice versa?
We estimate your transfer will take approximately one hour Transfer. This estimated time changes depending on traffic and places of getting in and off.
How much baggage can I bring?
You can bring one luggage and one hand baggage per person.
If your baggage is more, please let us know previously. It can be required additional payment depending on the size of baggage.
Do you give baby armchair?
No. We do not give baby armchair. Please let us know that you will carry baby armchair previously.
If you use a baby armchair attached to a traveler armchair you pay kid tariff.
Need I tip to driver?
Tip is not compulsory and it depends on appreciation of customer in accordance with given service.
